Owners of three funeral homes

Gustavsen were the agency's owners for almost 20 years, but when Bjørn suddenly died, Gærd chose to sell the agency to the Ekeberg brothers. 01.01.2009 they took over and the agency simultaneously became part of Jølstad.

The Ekeberg brothers also own Jølstad funeral home, Gran department, which they started on 01.10.2007, as well as Lunner funeral home, which they took over on 01.01.2010. Lunner funeral home has changed its name to Jølstad funeral home dept. Lunner.

We serve the nearby areas of Gran, Lunner and Jevnaker, but also take on assignments outside the Hadelands district.

Emergency phone and own pick-up service manned around the clock

Our emergency phone is manned around the clock, also on weekends and public holidays. This means that you can call us at any time if you need immediate help or to make an appointment for a meeting. We have our own pick-up service in the event of death, which is on standby around the clock.

We are based in Mohagen, and the name that is marketed is Jølstad funeral home. The premises accommodate an office, meeting room, ceremony room, exhibition room for coffins, grave lanterns and gravestones, gravestone workshop, warehouse and garage facilities and more.

After exiting the R4, you drive towards Mohagen East, and turn into Mohagalia after only a few metres. We have an office in the second building to the right, in the same building as Hadeland bilglass. There are plenty of parking spaces available.

We are helpful with flowers for funerals. We collaborate with Aashaug flowers in Brandbu. The flowers are ordered from us, and we forward the order to the flower shop. We are not an expensive intermediary.
